About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll be traveling to clients’ homes to provide essential therapy services. You’ll play a crucial role in improving client's quality of life by:


Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand therapy needs

Developing personalised therapy plans & interventions 

Collaborating with clients, families & caregivers to achieve therapy goals

Keeping detailed client records & progress reports

Staying updated on best practices & evidence-based approaches


About You:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist who loves making a difference. If you have the following, we’d love to hear from you!


Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy 

AHPRA registration (or Limited Registration eligibility)

Minimum 2 year experience (clinical or community)

WWC & Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

CPR and First Aid (willing to obtain)

NDIS workers screening check (willing to obtain)

Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle (essential for travel)

Strong clinical assessment & intervention skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills


Pay:

$78,000 - $130,000 per annum based on experience


Speech Pathologist - Community Role

Designing and delivering individualised therapy programs for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care

Educating clients, families, and carers on therapy strategies and progress

Maintaining accurate clinical notes and reports in line with best practice

Staying up to date with evidence-based practices through ongoing professional development


About You:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)

SPA membership (Speech Pathology Australia)

Minimum 1 year experience delivering speech therapy to children and/or adults

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in therapy assessment tools and treatment planning

WWC & Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

CPR and First Aid (willing to obtain)

NDIS workers screening check (willing to obtain)

Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle (essential for travel)
