Your Guide to NDIS Services, I-CAN Assessment & Our Cancellation Policy

Do you accept NDIS clients? Yes, Ashgail Rehabilitation Services offers NDIS services to self-managed, plan-managed, and agency-managed participants throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria. 

What areas do you service? We provide mobile allied health services across all Melbourne suburbs and regional areas including Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, and Shepparton.

Do you offer Telehealth? Yes, Telehealth appointments are available for all of our services.

How do I make a referral? You can complete our NDIS Referral Form online, or call us directly on 0404 003 399.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for all involved, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not give the required notice, a cancellation fee may apply. 

Fees: Short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) allow providers to claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the service from the participant’s plan.
