Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for all, we have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• If you fail to give the required notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

Fees:

• Short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) allow providers to claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the service from the participant’s plan.
